常見(jiàn)問(wèn)題

問(wèn)：為什么今天的實(shí)時(shí)溫度不在預(yù)報(bào)的溫度范圍之內(nèi)？預(yù)報(bào)氣溫是15到20℃，但下午三點(diǎn)的實(shí)時(shí)溫度是25℃。

答：我們的天氣數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源是氣象臺(tái)。一個(gè)是全天預(yù)報(bào)數(shù)據(jù)，較為穩(wěn)定不會(huì)改變；另一個(gè)是當(dāng)前實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)，有時(shí)會(huì)因?yàn)閷?shí)際天氣變化較大而超出預(yù)報(bào)的范圍，這是屬于正常情況。

問(wèn)：天氣預(yù)報(bào)并不是很準(zhǔn)確，有時(shí)預(yù)報(bào)是晴天，但實(shí)際上卻下雨了。

答：您好，首先感謝您發(fā)來(lái)的建議，墨跡天氣采用的數(shù)據(jù)源是很有權(quán)威的中國(guó)天氣網(wǎng)。

問(wèn)：請(qǐng)問(wèn)怎么走流量啊，不點(diǎn)擊就不收取流量費(fèi)？

答：不更新城市是不走流量的，每個(gè)城市的數(shù)據(jù)更新流量大概為4KB。時(shí)景的更新流量不包括在內(nèi)，只要不打開(kāi)時(shí)景，就不會(huì)偷跑流量的哦！

問(wèn)：為什么設(shè)置的時(shí)間到了，但軟件沒(méi)有自動(dòng)更新天氣？

答：如果您打開(kāi)了自動(dòng)更新選項(xiàng)，軟件會(huì)在指定更新時(shí)間的前后15分鐘會(huì)更新天氣數(shù)據(jù)。

問(wèn)：為什么我的墨跡天氣無(wú)法更新天氣？顯示無(wú)法聯(lián)網(wǎng)，但網(wǎng)絡(luò)并沒(méi)有問(wèn)題？

答：有的安全類軟件會(huì)禁止掉墨跡天氣軟件的聯(lián)網(wǎng)問(wèn)題，只要將墨跡天氣添加到禁止聯(lián)網(wǎng)的白名單中即可，請(qǐng)您知曉。

問(wèn)：為什么我找不到墨跡天氣的桌面小工具？

答：由于Android系統(tǒng)的機(jī)制，安裝到SD卡的軟件將不會(huì)有小工具的顯示。如果您將墨跡天氣安裝到SD卡，對(duì)應(yīng)的也會(huì)找不到小工具。建議您將墨跡天氣安裝到手機(jī)內(nèi)存。

問(wèn)：為什么我的手機(jī)上的桌面小工具的時(shí)間和天氣不會(huì)自動(dòng)更新？

答：如果您使用安全類軟件（如360手機(jī)衛(wèi)士等）進(jìn)行了手機(jī)的速度優(yōu)化，那么我們的后臺(tái)進(jìn)程將被殺掉，而桌面小工具的自動(dòng)更新（時(shí)間、天氣等）都是依賴于這個(gè)后臺(tái)進(jìn)程的，所以不能及時(shí)更新。 建議您將墨跡天氣添加到安全類軟件的優(yōu)化白名單中，這樣小工具就可以實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)更新啦！其他需要自啟動(dòng)的（如鬧鐘軟件等），也同樣需要加入到白名單。
